At the end of each session, you'll be provided with a customized self practice to start implementing your lessons from Day 1!

You'll be paired up with FOUR incredible humans that will join you in practicing the art and magic of authentic connection. Each month we will have ONE 90-minute Group Coaching Call where we will teach our bodies how to feel safe in vulnerability through sharing and witnessing each others journey.
